Problem sorted within minutes, engineer friendly and very helpful

Had a great experience today. The aerial problem was resolved. Can t thank the man who came and fixed it. He was quick efficient and very knowledgeable when asked him about the problem. Also a very Friendly chap which we felt at ease. Thank you
